Disappointing Service and Poor Installation. This company has been a major disappointment from start to finish. During installation, they tracked mud throughout the house, knocked my dehumidifier out of place (which I had to repair), and left mold starting on the furnace room drywall. They also failed to complete the job on the scheduled day, never called me back to reschedule, and I had to chase them down myself. Charges me $400 to replace the dual capacitor on the AC unit. Part is $50 max and 2 bolts. Won’t use them again. Average cost is $200.
This company is outstanding! Everyone I have interacted with is professional. Scheduling is always prompt. The individuals coming to service the a/c and heating are always very professional. Joel is exceptional at problem solving and completing the job!
These guys were on time quick and fixed my problem in record time. Highly recommend Blake to do any electric work you need done. A+++
