Would give 0/5 stars if I could. I’ve been to this place twice. The first time, the owner talked me into getting a more expensive manicure service, Gel X, which I hadn’t planned on getting but was actually quite happy with. The service is really bad. They don’t remove the cuticles properly, and they don’t file the nails well. I had to ask twice for the woman to cut my nails because she didn’t want to do it. The polish is not applied close to the cuticle, so it looks very messy, and the nail shape is terrible. Honestly, I feel like I just threw my money in the trash. I wish I could get a refund. It was very frustrating and I definitely do not recommend this place.

They will hound you for "extra" tip after a service. They weren't happy with my 20$ tip after a service under 100$... Steer clear of this place.

UWS’s best kept secret is Tony’s sports massage. I’ve never had to ask someone to go lighter before. Beware: this is not a relaxing massage, but high-pressure and focused on getting the kinks and knots out. He stayed late for me, and did a full intense hour of back, neck, foot, calf, and a bit of hamstring. I hesitate to post this because I don’t want him to get fully booked up! I’m a new regular, but will probably opt for 30 min next time.
