Broke down near Cranbrook Thursday this week , DL650A quit charging , called service while waiting for tow truck to see if I could get it looked at and when, was told service was busy and will call me back , still have not got a call back , needed to make a decision whether to stay and get repaired for an extra day or 2 or hitch a ride back to Sask. Wow wow wow !!!! What amazing experience , I break down and a I need some parts for my KLR 650 Unfortunately they can’t feet me in for repair , a list they try there best to help me out Hope from the service desk she was amazing and help me out quickly I’m sure the owner are very happy to have her because she brights up the shop , also the other employer are friendly Thank you for the help and great experience
I was recently on a road trip , and 9 hrs from home. I had an issue with my new bike that was safety critical. I stopped here mid morning fr4 some advice. Even though they wete busy, and not the supplying dealer, they still made room in their schedule to get me back on the road and enable me to get home. They also didn't charge me and agreed to submit it to the manufacturer for warranty. Thank you All Seasons Motorsport.
