During a family vacation to San Diego our water heater went out and Dean quickly helped us locate a replacement locally, picked it up for us and installed next day. Most other companies indicated it would take a week or more to order a new water heater and install. Dean even helped me fill out the warranty claim and we got full reimbursement from Furrion. Dean was responsive, communicated clearly, did high quality work, and got our hot water working better than ever very quickly, saving our summer vacation. Thanks, Dean!!!

Great service all the way around. He actually picks up his phone! Would highly suggest you call him before taking on a project that might be slightly over your head, unlike me. I bought a replacement water heater that wasn't an exact match to what I needed. He would have known which was the correct one in the first place. He was still able to hook it up and get it working perfectly.
