Hey I'm Giving mean Dean 5 stars not because he's a bad guy but because he means business. I plugged too much up in my 94 Rv and knew instantly when I lost power in some of my 120 outlets it was my breaker..I searched my whole RV for the panel box to no prevail for 30 mins..I owned two Older model RVs in the past and the panel was fairly easy to find.after calling Dean he was able to help me locate the panel within 5 mins..This guy helped me to not spend one cent. During a family vacation to San Diego our water heater went out and Dean quickly helped us locate a replacement locally, picked it up for us and installed next day. Most other companies indicated it would take a week or more to order a new water heater and install. Dean even helped me fill out the warranty claim and we got full reimbursement from Furrion. Dean was responsive, communicated clearly, did high quality work, and got our hot water working better than ever very quickly, saving our summer vacation. Thanks, Dean!!!

Dean was great to work with. Responded promptly to our needs, and quickly corrected the problem with our slide and even had time to install a new fan in our bathroom during the one hour minimum. Fair pricing and would highly recommend for your RV needs!
