Today I had Jason with All Seasons Mobile RV Repair out to diagnose my refrigerator. Even though the news was negative about my refrigerator, his attitude, demeanor, honesty, candidness, and alternative solutions really helped soften the experience. I will be calling Jason back for other work and would recommend his company without hesitation. Ethical, honest, candid, kind, sensitive, and consistent.
The initial phone call with Jason was a little unwelcoming, as he sounded like he hated his job, but I looked beyond this in hopes it was a misunderstanding. I explained the problem, which involved the slideout on my travel trailer and he was able to come out pretty quickly to diagnose. I paid out of pocket and upfront for diagnostics and the part ordered to fix, due to being told the claim needed to be submitted after initial payment.. (this was untrue).
