I love this place. I always take my daughter here and my concerns are always listened too.The doctor is very nice, knowledgeable, and thorough.
I wish I could give -NEGATIVE ZERO STARS for customer service. The doctor's wife/ receptionist is very rude and doesn't know how to communicate in a professional manner! Even though the doctor apologized to me for her rudeness but refused to give me my test results and refunded my money. I definitely didn't deserve to be treated as such but I can see from other reviews that woman is a problem!!!! Learn customer service or continue to lose customers
Doctor Javon and staff are excellent. Very kind, understanding, empathetic, supportive and open minded. Will definitely return for anything else I need help with.
