[Edit for clarity] While riding my bicycle legally and with ton of flashing lights and a high-viz vest, I was almost hit by a car that ignored my *clear right-to-left lane-change signal*. Immediately after that, I was close-passed by the driver (apparently the owner) of an All Seasons work truck. The driver got with 1 foot of my bike, IN MY LANE, so that he could threaten me with "You're going to be hurt". He then sped away.
