I am very disappointed in All Seasons Landscaping. They failed to show up for a scheduled job, then made excuses about why instead of simply stating they forgot. Then I asked for two extra hours work for the same price since I got four hours sleep and was up waiting for them and they would not budge on price. I would never recommend a company that fails to make customer service their number one priority! Especially when the customer is brand new!
Business response:
We did not fail to show up on the scheduled date. We had them scheduled for a different date than the customer was saying we were suppose to come over. When the customer called, we apologized for the confusion and promptly went right over there anyway just to get them taken care of. Then the customer wanted us to perform 2 hours of additional work for free when it wasn't even our fault. Sorry to the customer about the confusion though.
