I also see another review that someone had the same problem of never showing up or having the courtesy to return our calls. Why do they play these games?

Spoke with them about getting an estimate. Set up a day for them to do it, they never showed. Tried calling and leaving voicemail to give them another shot, but never got a callback. Must not want anymore business.
