They are unaware of the Building Code for the Edmonton area. We are in Zone C.
With the recent drastic increase in temperatures at the end of Jan ‘24 I heard water dripping in our attic. Last year we noticed the same issue and was told by a roofer that we should upgrade our vents. While the vents helped it didn’t eliminate the problem. So I contacted a few insulation companies and was told by everyone that the white fiberglass insulation that was blown into my attic was not a very good insulation for the Edmonton area.
