We booked and paid for two cabins a week in advance. Upon arrival, we discovered there was no parking available for our caravan near the cabin, and we were expected to unhitch it at a distance. As the caravan owner is elderly and suffers from a back injury, this was not possible. We therefore cancelled the second cabin and requested a refund.
