Contacted this company for a LG mini split; Brent was very nice on the phone said they would be out the next day for to look things over a provide a quote. He did not show or call; a few days later we called him (my husband was against calling, as we had not heard from them and they didn't show, but I said we should hear him out as he was so nice on the phone), was advised he had been sick and set up an appointment for his son to come out later that week.
