We are sorry Mrs. Sue Fitzgerald that you were not happy about the Ruud install we did for you. We did come out multiple times and finally with the Ruud representative to address your problems you were having and we did not find anything wrong with the equipment. The staff is awesome and Ron the owner is very knowledgeable when it comes to the heating and cooling business.
None , we purchase for years but the last one was a lemon and now we are stuck with it , do not buy from him or Rheem. We had problems since day one and now he will not even service the one year warranty we paid for, sucks.
