My system was newly installed with a warranty when I moved in. Met Dan, system had leaks in line. They kept on coming out to fix it.never replaced it. They were responsive so I paid them to put in a unit at our rental and another unit in a cabin. Called and had them to do maintenance and have spent lots of money with them. 2 1/2 years the main unit is still giving us issues.
