My husband bought a very large arrangement for our 10th wedding anniversary on Friday11th September. The arrangement is beautiful. No compliants with its loveliness. However, he asked for the arrangement to be in a vase. When he went to pick up the flowers they were wrapped up and no vase. So he asked for a vase as requested in the order. Thank you for a most beautiful arrangement sent to my Daughter in law today following her Dads passing. Numerous White Roses, white Lillies, Purple Irises, and the remainder in gorgeous greens. Perfectly done as I ordered, and now enjoyed by DIL and family. Appreciated, Sue.
Got same day delivery, I called and asked what premium size got me APPARENTLY bigger size and more flowers. Received the flowers and they were so disappointing did not get moneys worth at all. They looked nothing like the photo I got extra leaves then anything else. It looks like it’s straight out of Woolworths not a florist. If you cannot provide something similar to what you are selling online then don’t do same day delivery. Waste of $170
