Very rude telephone manners, so I’m going to another company. If too busy to answer calls, then don’t answer, and allow calls to go to voicemail and return calls later.
We paid $100 for him to come out and check out two leaky fireplace valves. We already had a plumber out who confirmed the source of the leaks and we could smell gas on almost a daily basis. He told us there wasn’t a leak but would replace the valves if we wanted him to. Ultimately he never ordered the parts needed or got back to us, despite our repeated attempts to contact him. We waited weeks and wasted $100 only to have to go with someone else.
