I took a Husqvarna push mower into the shop to have it serviced. When it was ready, I picked it up and started it at home and immediately the kill switch cord broke. All Seasons wouldn’t cover it and asked for additional payment to fix it. Poor customer service and a lack of values. We’ll take our business elsewhere.

Do not buy here! I was a loyal customer for over 7 years. I purchased a 30k tractor and two 5500 dollar mowers from all seasons over the years. Last year I purchased a husqvarna z350 for 5500 dollars. The mower was at all seasons for two months. They did warranty work and what husqvarna calls a “conversion” to the mower. They removed all the bells and whistles and technology that I purchased the mower for in the first place. They converted it to a lesser and cheaper model. They converted it to a z345. I brought it 2 pieces of outdoor equipment. Walk behind mower and walk behind yard vac/ Billy goat. I was on vacation for 2 weeks, according to management at work there was no communication while I was gone. Get back and first week no communication.
