I LOVE these guys. They have an incredible staff. They are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I have gone out of my way, even inconvenienced myself by leaving a different store with the same equipment for the same price just to support these guys. Update: I still love these guys. I just purchased all new Exmark stand-ons for my business and they are the most helpful and knowledgeable people. I highly recommend these guys. Shop local, especially if you have a small local business yourself.
We have taken our Ego zero turn mower to All Searsons for repair twice (different failures). Both times, they did a good job and successfully fixed the issue. Most recently, they completely exceeded our expectations by replacing a circuit board on the same day saving us another trip and all the associated expenses. I absolutely recommend All Seasons for all your Ego repairs.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Charged me to diagnose a chainsaw and recommended I replace a igniton coil that was brand new. When I declined the repair they angrily returned my saw completely disassembled in a box, they said if I wanted it put back together I’d have to pay extra! The general manager has no customer service skills and the service department is terribly understaffed. I will now go anywhere else for my small engine and equipment needs.
