The technician was very quick to respond to my initial email for help to look at and fix my ducted heating and cooling system. Within a hour turnaround, the technician and his brother came to investigate, provide options with quotes, obtain the necessary parts, and fix the problem. My family is very happy to have heating again and so quickly.

The specialist provided a detailed explanation of the installation process. Air con installed with new duct, motor and unit. So far so good. The customer service was good, and the price reasonable.

The team from this company were really great. Our installation was a bit complicated and the technician spent a lot of time with us scoping the job to make sure everything was covered. They then presented us with options to make sure we got the best solution possible. On the day, the team did a really professional job. They were careful, the standard of work was excellent and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality air conditioning team.

I discovered this company when our old service provider took a powder and left the business without telling us they would. Went to oneflare, and he already had a lot of good reviews, and was very quick to get us out of trouble with a fused isolator switch in the 1st instance. The old company was also my home ac go to people, so I will make this company my new home ac man.
