Very disappointed that the Groupon order I purchased didn't cover the room I needed to clean and the extra cost to include my stairs wasn't what I was expecting.
Technician showed up on time. He was professional, informative, and did a good job cleaning my carpet. He also seemed honest compare to some other techs I had in the past. Only thing I wasn't sure i needed scotchgard application on my fairly new carpet and the extra charge that came with it. Also how to really know if it was applied.
I have been using Chem Dry exclusively for 26 years and my carpet is almost that old. I am always 100% satisfied with the results of their cleaning and customer service.
