They came out to give us an estimate for whole-home carpet cleaning, and Derek explained the process clearly from start to finish. The price was better than we expected, which was a great surprise. We needed the carpet cleaning done quickly because we were getting the house ready for listing photos, and they were able to fit us in that same afternoon. The technician, Frederick, arrived right on time and was very friendly. He did a wonderful job making our carpets look fresh and clean, especially with all the pet stains we have. I appreciated how easy the booking process was, though it would be great if the appointment confirmation included more details about the service package chosen, not just the time.
