we had derek come out to clean our hallway carpet in charlotte after some glue got spilled on it. another company had already tried cleaning it, but the glue stain was still there, and a different place told us they couldn't even help. derek proved them both wrong by getting all the glue out and making our carpet look fresh again. he also did a wonderful job steam cleaning the tile downstairs. derek was very professional and kept working hard until everything looked perfect. we would definitely recommend this carpet cleaning... read more
