I am so glad I chose All Seasons Carpet Cleaning for our carpet cleaning! I found them through a Google search and gave them a call. I spoke with Ricky, who was very pleasant and easy to talk to, and we set up the cleaning right away. Ricky arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and got started right away. We have a dog, so there were quite a few stains on the carpet. All the stains were removed, and now the carpet looks fantastic! Had All Seasons Carpet Cleaning over and it was a great experience. We had our sectional and two area rugs cleaned, and they did an excellent job. Ricky was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The prices were fair, and they arrived right on time. If you spot anything they might have missed afterward, they’ll come back out at no extra cost. Setting up the appointment was easy and they fit us in just a couple of days after we called. This was the best experience I’ve had with any carpet cleaning service. Mike was absolutely fantastic. I was really stressed because another company canceled on me the day I needed my carpets cleaned for my move. I called around and some places tried to charge me way too much just because I needed help fast. Then I reached out and Mike was so friendly and worked me into the schedule at a fair price. Best carpet and rug cleaning service in Lowell. All Seasons Carpet Cleaning recently cleaned over 1,000 sq. ft. of carpet in my home, which I do every year. I am always amazed at how great my carpets look when they finish! What really stands out is how they carefully move all the furniture and place hard foam blocks under the legs to protect my carpets. This means a lot since I have a lot of furniture. Ricky is always friendly and polite. I’ll be a loyal customer for years to come!
