Francis was very professional and kept in touch throughout the process. He reached out to let me know he finished another carpet cleaning job early and asked if he could arrive ahead of schedule—of course, I appreciated getting my carpets cleaned sooner! He worked hard, going over some of the more worn areas on our carpet and even the grout in our tile more than once to make sure everything looked its best. Francis, our technician, was very friendly and professional. He arrived right on time for our scheduled carpet cleaning appointment. Before he came, I got helpful email and text reminders, plus a message letting me know he was on the way. Francis even asked if I preferred he wear a facemask, and kept it on properly the entire visit, which I really appreciated. I am so glad I chose All Seasons Carpet Cleaning for our carpet cleaning! I found them through a Google search and gave them a call. I spoke with Ricky, who was very pleasant and easy to talk to, and we set up the cleaning right away. Ricky arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and got started right away. We have a dog, so there were quite a few stains on the carpet. All the stains were removed, and now the carpet looks fantastic!
