It had been a while since we had our carpets cleaned, and we decided to call All Seasons Carpet Cleaning. Jacob was the technician who arrived at our home, and he did an amazing job. He applied an anti-allergen spray and scrubbed the carpet, successfully removing most of the stains from our old carpet. In some areas, it looks almost brand new, even though it’s over 13 years old. I've tried various carpet cleaning services before, but I never felt compelled to share a fantastic review until now. The technician was very professional about his arrival time and kept me updated on his progress. The carpet cleaning service was simply stunning! I am extremely pleased with my whole experience and I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer. I mostly communicated with Donovan, who is a real star! He always responded promptly, was super accommodating, and did fantastic work on the bedroom carpet of the property I was vacating. jacob and donovan were on time, courteous, and ready for the job, displaying the perfect traits of true professionals. they showed up as promised, providing updates along the way, and respected my home by wearing masks and removing their shoes without being asked. they quickly and comprehensively assessed the condition of my carpet without trying to trap me with an aggressive sales talk or pushing me to commit to a cleaning immediately. all seasons carpet cleaning really impressed me. i would definitely recommend them.
