I had a time slot for a service from 9-11am. The tech called me the night before to confirm he will be there from 9-10am. Come time for the appointment the tech did not show and by 11am I called to figure out if a tech was still coming and a lady told me she would try to call the tech and get back with me. I never received a call back and tech never arrived. I will not do future business with this company as punctuality is very important.
