I had a serious carpet odor issue in one of my bedrooms after my puppy had been having accidents there for a while before we caught it. I tried to clean the carpet myself and used an orange cleaner that was highly rated online, but the smell became even stronger and soaked into the carpet fibers and pad instead of getting better. Timothy and Erick did an amazing job cleaning all of my carpets. They arrived right on time and communicated very well before the appointment, with helpful reminders a few days ahead and again on the service day. It was in really rough shape, with heavy soil, deep stains, and built-up grime from years of use.
