All Seasons enclosed our lanai 3 1/2 yrs ago and it has leaked from the beginning. When we first alerted them to the problem , Chip would send someone out to try and find the source (at least 4 times) but after a while he stopped responding to our emails with no explanation. We're very disappointed in his follow up service and would hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

When we contracted back in October 2019, we went over the various categories of sunrooms available. You chose to go with a category 2 sunroom, knowing that the sunroom was not water resistant, and signed an affidavit to that effect, required by Sumter County. My wife and I enclosed our lanai, and Chip and his crews exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Great communications throughout the entire process, and his crews showed up on time and worked on our home as if it was their own. What I appreciate most was that Chip knew what we were looking to do, and made design and product recommendations that really made the finished job spectacular! We highly recommend All Season Rooms!!
