The remote doesn’t respond consistently. Customer service suggested buying a new one. No attempt to troubleshoot. Very poor after-sales support.
Brian is a rock star. Showed up as planned got the job done faster than planned came in under budget and just a great attitude. I sure wish there were more contractors like this guy the world would be a better place.

Very knowledgeable and quick. We had the spring on our door break and Bryan was able to get it done on a weekend none the less. The door is working better than it ever has and quieter to boot. Took him under an hour to replace the springs repair the motor and lube up the track. Thanks Bryan!
