great service did a walk in only waited like 10-15 minutes. not super chatty which i don’t mind.
I don't even leave reviews but this was ridiculous. Didn't have the great experience others seemed to. Technician was nice enough, but cut my finger so badly in the middle of my manicure that it's still bleeding quite a bit now well after getting home. Band-aid picture was only less than a minute after putting it on (at home, the technician didn't offer a Band-Aid after seeing how badly it was bleeding nor did he apologize -- after seeing me patting blood he just said "it's fine, it's fine" and worked around the bleeding). I always have a great time. The staff are very nice. Ny nails always look nice and they never break. I took a month long trip and when I returned my nails were still in tact. My polish wasn't chipped at all. The shop is always clean and bright. They offer a complimentary drink and great customer service. The prices are fair. I've always enjoyed coming here to my standing appointments before and after the new owner took over.
