We rented the Polaris Slingshot "Bat mobile" for a road trip to Banff & Jasper. Irish, the office manager was so pleasant to deal with. She explained everything in details and was fast to respond via phone or text. At rental time, the garage tech went over all the functions and explained how to use it. We thought the price was very reasonable and would definitely rent it again. During our travels, every tourist wanted to take a pic and ask question. It was a great adventure
Very disappointed. Took the day off work, paid for the road test, and rented a bike from this place and it works up until the moment I need it. Not only was I not able to take my test because of the damn bike not even starting but after going back to the shop and hearing the workers say the bike has been maintained the battery wiring post was barely even connected. There was visible marks on said battery which clearly indicates it has had problems before. Very upset. So far they seem to not want to take responsibility for it... read more
I rented a f750GS from All Season Motorsport to explore around Canmore, Banff and part of Kootenay National park. The bike was in good working order, I had a blast. I made the reservation for the weekend last minute on Friday. Thanks for arranging this on such short notice! I had an amazing time riding in the mountains.
New owners are not as easy as they used to be, don't take the good rating on google as it. Tip for them : rent an off-road motorbike with asphalt tires and no crash bar is non-sens if you want to keep your vehicle pristine. I was unfairly charged for a cleaning service but I already cleaned the motorbike before check-in. I was also charged for some scratches already present on the motorbike.
