If I could give this place -5 stars I would. My husband and I have been renting a unit for almost 3 years and paid quite a bit of money to have our memories and things kept safe. . Needless to say they did not keep our things safe. My husband came to the unit to see a lock on our door that was not our lock. Recently, we experienced a break-in at our storage unit. Despite the presence of security cameras and posted surveillance signs, we were informed that the cameras were not working at the time of the break-in. As a result, we lost thousands of dollars in belongings. Upon clearing out our unit, we discovered that five other units on the north side of the facility had also been broken into, with cut door latches and busted locks.
