I spent a great deal of money for on landscaping job with about 300 plants. Of witch about 40 or more plates died or did not even grow in 6 months. Many of them were planted with the roots about 2-3 above the ground. They did replace but again 15 of them died. I have plenty irrigation to keep them watered. Some of the Dead plants that they had removed I was told I would get replaced. I am still waiting for some of those plants 10 months after they said they would replace them. I've been a fairly new customer, but after today, I'm a loyal customer. Cory went above and beyond to help me fix a problem of my own making. He didn't judge or belittle. He just stepped up and did more than he was being paid to do. I would highly recommend this company.

Have dealt with Terry one weekend recently and Cory this weekend. Have to say, just when you think customer service and appreciate doesn't exist anymore, it was totally about customer happiness with these two. Good job gentlemen, you have a loyal customer in me.

I was driving down Chatata Valley in Cleveland TN heading towards Athens TN when one of their workers in a truck came FLYING past me shoving me into the ditch while there was oncoming traffic heading towards us. I caught up with the guy to try and get his tag number and he was doing 90 in a 30 mph and flipping me off out the window. & Of course The truck had NO TAG!
