This is a typical big company that has one way of doing business - their way. We called them for an estimate on an addition and they were just jerks the entire time. <BR>They didn't call back for a week and then yelled at my wife for "being on the modem all day". We have cable. <BR>When the guy finally showed up, he didn't care about my ideas, didn't want to look at the house and basically said we couldn't do what we had in mind. Yeah, it's the same Joe as the first review, but I typed too many characters and when I resubmitted it went back to the default 3 stars, when it should be ZERO STARS! Even one is too generous.
