Would not help my family even with 3,000$ cash in my hand just as bad as first choice plumbing at least this guy is good at what he does

Im not happy with the service I requested a couple months ago to have heater/AC installed. He showed up a week ago and hung the furnace and set up the AC unit but said he wouldnt be back for a week to finish it but no call no show. I called the ofc and was told he would show up today, the next day, but still no show. Its supposed to snow tonight and be very cold. Not impressed for the money I pay!
