Just wish it was not $13 and $10. Other than that, great service
Cab driver, Howard was fantastic! Super friendly and funny. Dispatch however was not great as usual. Called for a cab about 420 and was told 30 minutes. After about 40 called again and was told it was now shift change and would have someone over as soon as they could. Didn’t get a cab until after 530. Normally would never complain but with a company who is notorious for leaving if you’re not right out and ready the second they pull up is willing to have you waiting well over an hour with some what of a run around, kind of ri... read more
This company allows their drivers to transport friends in the front passenger seat while paid customers are in the back. Very unsettling.
