Be aware- $12 for less than 2 miles. Might not be cost effective for some passengers. THE GOOD: First time using this company. I scheduled a ride for the next afternoon to go from my house to the medical plaza up the road. My call was answered promptly. The dispatcher acknowledged that my ride was scheduled. Easy.
