Save yourself time and money and stay away from Mike Samson. We hired Mike based on a recommendation from another contractor. He has abandoned my dad’s house, leaving it with no material and no siding for months. He has a nice personality, and he has absolutely no integrity.
Great contractor had him come do some work on my house.
Not only were my neighbors over charged, he did a horrible job. Let the owners materials lay out in the elements all winter. Never did finish the work. INCLUDING not replacing the porch light globe.
