We needed an inherited home appraised, and I knew immediately from looking at the company website that Tim was the appraiser for us! Experienced, professional, and no frills. The whole process from requesting a quote to receiving the appraisal documents took a week. Tim was very respectful and knowledgeable during his walk through, even offering helpful home maintenance tips based on what he saw. As first-time home owners, we really appreciated that!

Tim was professional and timely. After I discussed the appraisal with him over the phone he followed up with an email explaining the details of the service he would provide along with the cost, which was a fair price. We scheduled time for him to review the property in person a few days later and he had the appraisal back to me by the end of the week.
