Very good service. Thank you for fixing the canopy and basket holder after delivery.. Scooter is great. Staff easy to deal with, very informative. Most impressed.

Had to purchase a mobility scooter, for my elder mother. The service was very good . The gentleman was patient and went through step by step with my very nervous Mum. After a small test drive under his guidance she went from reluctance to positive operator. Deal was done ,happy customer.
I'm re doing my review because I called the shop and originally they wanted $200 to come look at my electronic wheelchair for repairs. Then after speaking with the manager regarding my circumstances he sent a worker the same day at NO COST to try and take a quick look at my chair. The guy he sent was nice, explained everything gave me my options as he was unsure of what was wrong with my chair but relatively sure it wasn't something simple and it would need to be taken back to their shop.
