My dad had just moved in .. beautiful apartment, staff are really kind as he had a fall on 3rd day and they supported him and contacted me. Definitely hoping he settles in and has a nice life there.

Sometimes gets too hot
A state of the art old folks community with the usual facilities including expansive meeting rooms. I attended a social group there on a couple of occasions and my only criticism would be the limited and cost of parking, plus there are parts of the building that are obviously unfinished.
