Stay away from this nightmare. They disobeyed the designated medical agent's express wishes. They ordered drugs we expressly said no to. They filled the pillbox incorrectly with these erroneously ordered drugs resulting in heroic dosages that were contrary to the pharmacist's instructions. Our father was hospitalized for polypharmacy as a result. The owner argued with us, made erroneous excuses, and was incredibly unprofessional. The only reason they get one star is because there is No 0. The aides lie, the nurse we had was incompetent. If you have any issues with them they lable as Non compliant, they will discharge you and No other Hospice will take you.
