I've been coming here since my puppy was 6 months old, he's 2.5 years old now. Vets are great especially Dr. B, vet techs are great but their front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. The attitude is such a deterent for anyone to go back.It's a shame.
Update 9/8/25- a year later and I still can’t say enough great things about ASAH. After a very scary morning and lots of worry the team here got my kitty boy on the schedule and got him all taken care of- easing this cat moms fears. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! The absolute sweetest and caring vet that takes such good care of our pets.
My parents are very anxious, and this veterinary practice has been wonderfully patient and kind with them. When I discovered one of their cats had a tapeworm, both cats needed medication. One took the pill easily, but the other was a challenge; so the staff invited my parents to bring her in and kindly administered the pill for them. They’ve also been very cooperative with my pet insurance, making reimbursement simple. Highly recommend!
My dog was having a health issue they give me a spot for the next morning .We go and the girl made my appt for the following week . I go over the my whole conversation with the girl and they go speak to the dr .The doctor said I have to wait until my appt next week . The girls all of a sudden found a spot for tomorrow .I left I called pleasant plains and they took me right away . The front desk girl made a mistake I have an ill pet and he says No . Very upset and disappointed needless to say I’ll go back to pleasant plains
