Absolutely worst and inconvenient storage unit ever. Storage units are poorly insulated. No emergency contacts and poor communication.
I rented a unit at this facility for almost 10 years. I loved it for many many reasons but one of the main reasons was the security features such as the barrel style locks, the security cameras on each building that actually work and monitor 24/7/365, and the coded gate. The access hours were sometimes a pain in the butt but were also a nice feature over all. Throughout the years I rented from them they worked with me several times to catch up on payments and always contacted me before moving forward with a lien process! One... read more
