I can't even begin to explain how horrible this place was. Between not having what we ordered, to getting yelled at on the phone and in person, to getting charged an $80 cleaning fee because we made a formal complaint to UHAUL and he didn't like that. Unbelievably unprofessional. No one should ever be treated like that. Especially a customer.
