You get what you pay for, I definitely suggest getting insurance. I came in to clean it out today and one wall was just covered in mould. Ruined some of my stuff, and no insurance so nothing they could do. Also don't buy the padlocks they have available, they are also trash. Nice people working there tho, just a bad storage unit
