Kellie was extremely helpful! My call was answered quickly & the entire process was seamless because I knew the objective and it’s nice to hear an immediate competent voice on the other end who asked all the right questions and then followed up seamlessly. I used to deal with this Company a couple times a year getting a CO2 Tank filled. At the start of Covid, they adopted this very restrictive, stupid plan of having a drop off for tanks needing filling. This would be fine, except it is a Thursday, for a few hours only, during banking hours, which means most private parties who have a job, will never be able to make it.
