Kevin and crew are very talented and skilled in providing engraving from jewelry to awards. Ordered challenge coins for our association. Turned out beautiful and went over very well with our members.

I went in here to get my watch engraved. The watch was a gift from the parents of a baby that I baptized... so it had some sentimental value. I sat with the gentleman at the front and mapped out how I wanted the words engraved. Upon pick up, they didn't engrave it properly--- its backwords. I spoke with the owner? Kevin and he assured me he would make it right--- 3 months later and he isn't returning my calls and has not "made it right". Zero confidence to use this place again.
