I had ~$25K worth of property stolen from this place. Stopped by to check on it, gate was broken and wide open. My stuff was gone. Owner told me there had been other thefts around the same time. Promised he would provide video from the camera at the gate, but after telling me to come back later, for the 3rd time, I gave up.
