An absolute pleasure to deal with. Terry is very polite and has a wealth of knowledge about everything Saab.
Terry was an absolute gent to deal with. Fitted me in for a roadworthy and brakes without a booking and turned it around in 48 hours, just amazing good old fashioned service. I needed a new ignition assembly for my 900s. I rang and ordered it with the part number on the old one. Payed by card and finished. A few minutes later someone called with questions about what I actually needed. Turned out I needed the electric connection at the bottom of the barrel. He could have just sent what I originally asked for but he went the extra mile to try and understand what I really needed. I wish I knew his name, thanks for saving me a headache later on. Very much appreciated.
