Super friendly and went out of their way to get our trailer ready to take home the next day.

This business does not deserve any stars as far as I am concerned. Bought a brand new trailer in June and had to bring it back early July as the slide out quit working the door would not shut properly and the wall had cracks it is still at RV country as I type this and it is mid November now. We missed out on our entire summer they even tried saying the trailer was repaired when we went to pick it up none of the repairs were made. I would not buy from RV country in Klamath Falls they are very shady.
