Very nice place to buy a trailer. Nice people and very helpful.
This company is the worst I've ever delt with ! I took my trailor there the Tuesday after Easter to get my awning fixed. They never did fix it. All thet did was lie to me and said it would cost around 3 k for repairs. I took it to AAA Repair and Mike had me fixed in less than an hr. For 100 bucks this place is dishonest to say the least.!
Horrible customer service... Very rude and not informed. Very hard to understand what is being said and didn't understand the question asked.
Very disappointed with the customer service. When I brought in a brand new on-demand hot water heater that needed warranty support, the service manager avoided the situation entirely and refused to take responsibility. Instead of standing behind their work or helping resolve the issue, he hid in his office and left me hanging. Not what I expected from a place that should stand by the products they sell.
