Great service
The service manager , Chris, went above and beyond to help us as we were traveling through Klamath Falls. On our trip to California we noticed our tail light/ stop light not working on our camper . After checking the fuse we needed more help. Although they were extremely busy , Chris took the time to try to help diagnose the issue. Although he could not isolate the issue with our short time in town , he called and set up appointment with another repair faculty in Redding ,California ( our next stop). Any outfit can do paperwork and sell an rv. And if everything works out just as it should, one goes away happy. But it’s when things don’t go as planned that you find out just what type of people and company you’re working with.
