Jake was awesome, not pushy like some sells people. I recommend anybody going there to see Jake if you’re interested in a new RV. The detailers need to do a better job that’s the only downfall. I have get the trailer home to find it not really clean for having it for two days. but other than that, the experience was awesome.
R.V. was there for two months for tank monitor's not reading same problem as last year they had for over a month told it was fixed took it out June of this year same issue took it back this time didn't even touch it just picked it up very frustrating to say the least
Bought a new unit from here in June of 24, the first time out the refrigerator went out took it back for warranty, 3 months later I got the trailer back the labor day weekend took the trailer out and the awning separated right above the door, talked with the service manager multiple times sent picture, he said they would order it and it shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to get, almost a month and a half later I got a call after many calls checking on it, they said it was done. Website said they sold propane but when we got there about 10:30 am it said closed on the propane fill station and it's a very tight, small place, have to watch carefully where you are going
The kind of place that makes you feel like they're doing you a favor for helping you. Everyone seems miserable here.
