I went to RV Country today to get my rv dewinterized. While doing the work, they found and fixed a leak without charging us for the parts or labor. I was very impressed with what they did. We always get excellent service there. Their staff are the best.
We recently bought a very nice used class A from an RV Country in another state and bought the service agreement with it. One of the pluses was that KFalls had an RV Country branch - we were impressed with the company so this was a good thing. It’s our first time having an RV service agreement and it was confusing - we had a windshield wiper issue and the diagnosing and approval process kind of threw us. Great service
The service manager , Chris, went above and beyond to help us as we were traveling through Klamath Falls. On our trip to California we noticed our tail light/ stop light not working on our camper . After checking the fuse we needed more help. Although they were extremely busy , Chris took the time to try to help diagnose the issue. Although he could not isolate the issue with our short time in town , he called and set up appointment with another repair faculty in Redding ,California ( our next stop).
