Jacob was amazing and super helpful. It was our first RV and after a couple question he knew exactly what we wanted and was able to get us the travel trailer we had hoped for.
I went to RV Country today to get my rv dewinterized. While doing the work, they found and fixed a leak without charging us for the parts or labor. I was very impressed with what they did. We always get excellent service there. Their staff are the best.
We recently bought a very nice used class A from an RV Country in another state and bought the service agreement with it. One of the pluses was that KFalls had an RV Country branch - we were impressed with the company so this was a good thing. It’s our first time having an RV service agreement and it was confusing - we had a windshield wiper issue and the diagnosing and approval process kind of threw us.
