I booked consultancy today at 3 pm and i waited for 40 mins. No one called me then one man called and talked very aggressively to me. He didn’t know what is active listening towards customer. I told that i am waiting for appoitment and need to talk to consultant anf he said you will not be able to talk to her today. Didnt give me satisfactory answers, just dragged me towards demotivation that you have less chances of pr consultancy. Pathetic service! I never recommend to consultant them.
