Service was horrible and staff were unfriendly! Would not recommend coming here.
Had a unfortunate experience with Cherie Dorotich last month, very unprofessional. Also seems that the facility hasn't seen a cleaning crew in a long time. Was taken into the kitchen by staff for some tea mid session and noticed suspicious mould growth on the floor (see attached photo). Carpets are also filthy. Very poor experience. 0 stars.
Naomi Karvinen, to be honest is one of the reasons I'm here today she has been fantastic with me, very supportive and non judgmental but is open and honest and tells me what I NEED to hear weather its good or bad and that is what is truly needed in this day and age she isn't just a YES person she helps a great deal and I owe a lot of my success to her support Thank you, I cannot recommend Naomi high enough, she truly is fantastic Your Angriest Client
