They sent me to the DR to get a referral , then rang to say me and another 39 other clients would no longer be bulk billed unless we paid $50 gap, I told them I didn't have the money, he said it wasn't his concern and canceled my appointment. I have allowed this to fester in my brain over christmas but I suppose this is why I was seeing them.Looks like they are in it for the money not the mental health
I have just completed a year long course with the team here, and they are amazing. Ive bounced through various mental health services, never really feeling heard. These guys care and have really helped me change my life for the better. I can not recommend them enough. As a single mother, they made sure i could afford care, and if i couldnt they were still willing to find some way to help.
