stay away from this place they will rob you. They do bad work and have horrible systems and customer service practices.I repeat stay away from all rite water company in vero/sebastian area at all cost , bad company, bad work practices, bad systems and you will end up paying for nothing but horrible service and poor quality water. This business is deceptive! Installer was Rude, angry, & frustrated! He did a Horrible installation, because he put the pipes & sht off valve so close to the house, that we couldn't turn the valve OFF! My Daughter did this over the phone, & I signed the contract, the whole time dealing with an angry man installing it! We thought we were buying it, but their receipt is fraudulent! I was told I had 3 years to pay it off without interest, but, I was Never given a copy! I paid over $3,000 for equipment that has had issues & does... read more

The tech, Cruise, was excellent. He took the time to answer all of our questions and the work he did proved to be excellent. We initially called to get our water conditioning unit checked and 60 pounds of salt for $45.00 with the coupon we had. We also had two filters changed and the tank blown out on our RO system. So far, all is great!
