They showed up at our house. We asked them to wear masks in our house. Their own website says that they wear masks. The man refused and lectured me about not wanting to wear a mask. He refused to work in a mask, even though he'd be working in a cool basement. I explained that he would have to wear a mask if he wanted to work in my house. He left in a huff.
